How far in advance should I book?
We recommend reserving your date as early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays, so we can make your celebration magical without stress.

What’s included in a bounce house or soft play rental?
Each setup includes the unit, a soft rug for safe play, and a rules sign. Add-ons like custom decals, or additional soft play pieces are available to make your event extra special.

Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?
Yes, we can provide a COI upon request. Let us know ahead of time so we can have it ready for your event venue.

What is the rental process?
Request a Reservation
Submit your reservation request, and please allow up to 2 business days for a response. A member of our team will reach out to confirm availability and walk through the details of your event.Secure Your Date
Once approved, you’ll receive your rental agreement and invoice. Simply sign and submit the retainer, followed by the remaining balance before your event date. During the week of your celebration, we’ll reconnect to confirm every detail and ensure everything is perfectly in place -
Is supervision included?
Supervision is available for an additional fee. You can add dedicated staff to monitor the bounce house or soft play lounge to ensure a safe and smooth experience for all children.

Can we request a custom theme or décor?
Absolutely! From custom decals to balloon garlands, we love bringing your vision to life. Just let us know your ideas during booking so we can plan ahead.

Do you provide delivery and setup?
Yes! We deliver, set up, and take down everything with care so you can enjoy your day stress-free.

Do you offer self pick-up?
For safety and liability reasons, we do not offer self pick-up. All of our bounce houses and equipment must be delivered, installed, and secured by our trained team to ensure proper setup that meets industry safety standards, including anchoring, inspection, and GFCI power requirements.

Do you offer late-night delivery/pick up?
Yes, we offer after-hours delivery and pick-up for an additional fee. If your event runs later in the evening or requires a specific time window, we’re happy to accommodate based on schedule and availability. All late-night services must be arranged in advance to ensure proper staffing and safe teardown of the equipment.

Do you provide generator rentals?
A generator is required if your venue doesn’t have a nearby GFCI-protected outlet, which is necessary for safe bounce house operation. For parks, open fields, or spaces without accessible power, we offer generator rentals so your setup stays powered, safe, and completely seamless.

What if it rains or the weather doesn’t cooperate?
If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ve got you. For safety reasons, bounce houses cannot operate in rain or winds above 15–20 mph, as required by industry standards. If conditions look unsafe, we’ll work with you to reschedule or adjust your setup. Safety is always our top priority, and we aim to make the process smooth and completely stress-free for you.

What is your refund or cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change! While we do not issue refunds, any payments you’ve made can be applied as a credit toward a future rental within 6 months of your signed rental agreement. This way, you still get the magic of Clover & Cloud when the timing works best for you.

What are your client preparation guidelines?
Clear Setup Area
Please make sure the setup space is clean, flat, and completely cleared of furniture, toys, décor, and pet waste.Access Pathway
We need a clear, unobstructed pathway at least 3 ft wide to transport equipment. Let us know in advance if there are stairs, hills, or tight spaces.Ground Surface
Grass, turf, concrete, asphalt, and indoor flooring are all acceptable as long as the area is level and free of debris.Pets & Sprinklers
Keep pets away from the setup area and turn off any sprinklers 24 hours before your event and keep off during event to keep the grounds dry.
